Escape Navigator:
a universal service
for finding escape rooms and VR games

A smart service for finding, booking and managing
escape rooms all over the world

Introduction

Imagine: you want to spend an evening solving puzzles and getting
a shot of adrenaline. Poland has thousands of such attractions –
by our team’s estimate, more than 23 thousand escape rooms and VR games.

But how do you choose your perfect game?
Dozens of scattered websites, different formats, hidden schedules —
and the visitor gets lost looking for the right room.

That is exactly how we once ran into the problem that
inspired us to create Escape Navigator.

The problems that sparked the idea of Escape Navigator

01

A fragmented
market

dozens of venues and websites where it is hard to find a suitable room, especially in smaller towns.

02

Different
target audiences

the service has to serve both families with children and horror fans

03

An inconvenient booking process

escape room owners spend time on messaging instead of taking bookings online automatically

04

No single secure service

existing catalogues do not solve the problem of data protection and do not create live interaction between players and operators

05

These very requirements defined the concept of the future product and became the basis for its architecture and functionality

The solution: a platform for adventures

We decided to build a service that would bring together everyone on the market –
both literally and figuratively. The result was the Escape Navigator platform.

A smart catalogue

From the home page the user picks a city, and a range of
collections opens up. Every category comes with a
bright illustration and a short description,
so that even a newcomer knows what to expect.

Filters in one click

Want a room with actors or one in English? Tick what you need — and
you get the list. You can filter by difficulty (“Beginners”, “Profi”),
by format (“Horror”, “Actors”) or pick games for a group.

Data and security

Every room page lists age restrictions,
duration, the number of players and reviews. We put a strong focus on data
protection and use modern technologies.

Global scale

The platform is available in Polish and English and keeps
expanding. We are actively entering the markets of Europe and North America,
gradually building an international network.

CRM for owners

For business partners we built a full-featured account area – they can
add a room, manage the calendar and connect
an online booking system

Today Escape Navigator operates in Poland, Germany,
Austria, France, Spain and the USA.
The platform brings together escape rooms from different cities and gives
players a convenient tool for search and booking.
The project is gradually expanding across Europe and North America,
opening new opportunities both for players and for venue
owners, who gain access to an international audience.
01

A single entry point

Users got a convenient portal that brings together 23,458 activities and makes it easy to find a game in the city they need. This simplified the search and cut the time spent choosing

02

Competition and standards

Categories and filters made the market more transparent: players started trying new scenarios more often, and owners started improving quality to get into the collections.

03

Availability of information

Escape room operators add rooms free of charge and manage the schedule through the CRM account area, while users see the address, contacts and amenities and leave reviews right on the room page.

04

Awareness and engagement

A blog with tips and stories complements the service, helping to pick a room for a stag party, a holiday or a family celebration.

05

Wider geography

Thanks to multi-language support and a network of regional websites, the platform became useful not only for Poles but also for foreign tourists.

Escape Navigator has proven its value both for players and for escape room owners

Users got a convenient portal with a smart catalogue, filters and up-to-date information — choosing a game now takes a couple of minutes, with no time wasted on searching.

Escape room owners get transparent tools: a CRM account area, online bookings and access to a wide audience
