RWA Tokenization Development Company

We develop RWA tokenization platforms: smart contract architecture, asset workflow, token distribution logic and production infrastructure.

RWA tokenization explained

RWA tokenization is the process of issuing blockchain digital tokens that represent the rights to a real-world asset. In other words, ownership, transfer and settlement of RWA tokens are tracked in a decentralized shared ledger. The tokenization of real world assets has three components: a legal wrapper that represents the asset, a token that embodies the rights and a platform that synchronizes everything.

RWA tokenization development services offered

Our RWA tokenization services cover the engineering part of an offering: the asset model, its tokenization and production infrastructure. Legal structuring is the job for your counsel.

Tokenization platform architecture

The asset model, participants, issuance and redemption logic and the separation of on-chain and off-chain layers.

#

Smart contract development

Token issuance, transfer restrictions, access control, distribution and upgrade logic in Solidity or Rust.

#

Integration of the compliance layer

Connection with the KYC/AML provider, whitelists, jurisdiction, lock-ups and sanctions check.

#

Investor portal

Investor onboarding, wallet integration, account balances, history of transactions, documents and payouts reporting in a single interface.

#

Operator and issuer console

Offerings management, holder registry, approvals and the entire lifecycle of a token.

#

Module of the secondary market

Transactions, permitted counterparties and transfer restrictions enforced by the contract.

#

Asset registry and data integrations

Valuation feeds, custody records, proof of reserve feeds and document storage, so that asset verification is a function of the platform.

#

Blockchain and wallet integration

Custodial and non-custodial wallets, payment channels, indexing and nodes.

#

Infrastructure and support

Launch, monitoring, incident handling and further development of your digital asset solutions after launch.

How does asset tokenization work

The tokenization of RWA follows the same sequence in most projects, and our development process takes this fact into account. The difference is in the legal wrapper and the mechanism of the asset verification.

01

Asset assessment Value of the asset, its composition, encumbrances and a legal owner of the asset. At this stage we evaluate whether a blockchain is needed for a particular project at all.

02

Structuring The asset goes to an issuing entity or a custodian. It determines the kind of right a token will grant: the equity, the right to revenue, the debt position or the unit of the fund.

03

Token design Supply, the standard of the token, transfer restrictions, eligibility of the investor, distribution and redemption rules.

04

Issuance Smart contracts issue the tokens, register their holders and enforce the terms agreed upon during the structuring phase.

05

Distribution Investors go through the verification, get tokens in their wallets or accounts and appear in the on-chain registry of the tokens.

06

Lifecycle management The platform manages the distribution, corporate actions and the entire lifecycle of the token offering.

What assets can be tokenized

This method is suitable when there is a verified owner of the asset, a defensible valuation of it and illiquidity on the traditional market. A traditional asset that already trades on the market rarely requires tokenization.

Real estate
Debt and private credit
Commodities
Funds and equity
Intellectual property
Equipment and infrastructure

Real estate tokenization divides a property into units, decreases the initial investment required by an investor and automates the process of distributing rental income.

Loan positions, receivables, invoices and bonds. Tokenization reduces settlement time and increases visibility of the transaction to all parties.

Metals, energy and agricultural outputs. Commodity tokens that are backed by the asset in storage link warehouse records to the settlement.

Units of funds, shares of private companies, investment vehicles with restricted investors.

Patents, trademarks, licenses and royalty streams, financing of IP without sale of the rights themselves.

Industrial equipment, energy generation or mining capacity, distribution of the revenue generated by operations to the token holders.

Token standards and blockchain networks

The selection of the network depends on the requirements of the offering: investor pool, cost of the transaction, throughput and trading of tokenized assets later.

Ethereum and EVM compatible networks

Ethereum and EVM compatible networks

Mature tooling, audited libraries and the broadest support of permissioned token standards. The default choice for public offerings.

Solana

Solana

High transaction throughput and low cost of transaction, suitable for trading activity and many investors.

BNB Smart Chain

BNB Smart Chain

Low transaction fees and EVM compatibility, good choice for pilots and product validation.

Cosmos

Cosmos

Custom chain or appchain in case you want to control the consensus rules and the set of validators.

As far as token standards go, we use ERC-20 for simple claims, ERC-721 and ERC-1155 for unique assets and permissioned standards like ERC-1400 and ERC-3643 in case of transfer restrictions and identity checks in the token. On Solana we use SPL and program-level restrictions.

Our RWA tokenization development process

Development begins with the asset and risk model, not with the contract code. The RWA tokenization process consists of six stages, and each step is completed before the next one begins.

01

Discovery Asset assessment, the structure of the ownership, roles of the participants and the economic model of the offering. Identification of the constraints and risks.

02

Architecture Selection of the network, definition of the contract, the permission model, the separation of on-chain and off-chain data and key management.

03

Smart contract development Implementation, gas optimization and testing against the agreed rules.

04

Platform development Backend services, investor portal, operator console, wallet integration.

05

Security review and testnet Internal audit and testing of the user journey on the testnet.

06

Launch and support Deployment, monitoring, security updates and further development with your team.

Reasons to work with Nomium

  1. Engineering-led approach

Assessment of the asset and risks comes first, not the contract development. The token is just one element of the product, not the ultimate goal.

  2. Web3 production experience

Smart contracts, wallets, exchanges and payment systems, high load infrastructure.

  3. Honest opinion on applicability

If an asset can be managed without a blockchain, we will tell you that during discovery.

  4. Transparent delivery

Clear scope of work, continuous delivery of working code and support after launch.
