The task

In industrial logistics, a single shipment passes through dozens of participants: warehouses, carriers, customs, recipients. At every stage data is lost, deadlines shift, and information is stored in Excel and paper documents.
Because of this, documents take weeks to approve, cargo coordinates arrive late, and the reliability of contractors remains a matter of guesswork.

 

Our goal is to eliminate fragmentation and build a system in which every participant in the supply chain works in sync, with access to unified and reliable data in real time.

We developed a logistics platform that combines data collection from IoT sensors in real time, reliable recording of all events in a blockchain ledger, synchronization of all participants through a single digital space, and automation of key processes: telemetry, document flow, control, and analytics.

How it works in practice

Shipment initiation The inspector creates a digital record for the packaging, container, and vehicle, links it to IoT sensors, and attaches all the necessary documentation.

Start of transport Sensors transmit the cargo’s coordinates and parameters in real time. If the connection is lost, the system automatically determines the reliable data using a consensus algorithm.

Recording in the ledger All events are recorded in a distributed chain of participants. Block hashes are published to the main chain, which guarantees the immutability of the history.

In-transit monitoring The platform tracks telemetry, identifies risks, notifies participants, and suggests route adjustments when deviations occur.

Completion and reports Once delivery is complete, a full digital report on the route, transport conditions, and events is generated. All data is protected and stored in the ledger.
