Introduction
A manufacturer approached us with a clear request: “How do we simplify collaboration with distributors and tens of thousands of retail points?”
The traditional field-sales model had stopped delivering. It was slow, expensive, and impossible to scale. The task was to build a platform that connects all participants in a single system and supports rapid growth.
Challenge
Different price tiers for different customer groups created confusion

We realized the system couldn’t rely on a single office or manager. It required an architecture where orders are automatically routed by region and processed by local distributors

Online orders
Stores can place orders directly in the system with no calls or intermediaries. The catalog displays personalized prices set by each distributor.
Promotions
Stores see all promotional offers and can quickly add them to their orders.
Chain management
A separate dashboard was built for retail chains. They can place orders not for each store individually, but for the entire network at once
Smart order routing
Orders are automatically distributed across the distributor network responsible for each region. The load is balanced, and the system stays stable even at very high volumes
Financial section
The dashboard provides order history, spending totals, invoices, and distributor documents
Loyalty program
Bonuses turn into direct benefits for each store
Stores earn points for their purchases
Points can be redeemed for discounts on future orders, priority delivery, access to exclusive promotions, and ready-made marketing materials

We understood that many retail points don’t work from a computer. So together with the web version, we built a mobile application
